5 AXIS WATERJET CUTTING
The waterjet at PLP is currently the largest of its kind in any sub contract company in the UK with a capacity in both 2D and 3D (5 axis).
5 AXIS LASER CUTTING
The high powered 5 axis lasers along with linear drives ensure accurate high speed laser cutting of automotive and aerospace pressings, panels and many other 3D components.
FLAT BED LASER CUTTING
PLP’s flat bed lasers have a cutting area of 3000mm x 1500mm and can cut up to 25mm thick in mild steel, 20mmin stainless steel and 12mm in aluminium.
